Korean Dress and Sage's Birthday

These are pictures from her 1st birthday that our photographer Steve took. I thought I already loaded some of them but was having some troubles, so here they are. She is wearing the same dress that I wore when I was my age. The other dresses are my cousin Hettie's and my mom's sister's. It was really neat for Sage to take part in her heritage. We also did all of the other customary 1st birthday things too. She picked the money (she will be rich) and the pens (she will be smart) Lucky us! Uncle Sagagee and Hettie were gracious enough to let us use their house and it was a huge hit. Thank you again to everyone who helped us celebrate our miracle baby. She is sure loved by so many people! And spoiled too. Now on to planning for her 2nd birthday bash! I think I might skip this December and throw a 1/2 birthday in July sometime so we can seperate Christmas and her birthday more, and we can do something outside and BBQ

That's really neat. I love sentimental hand me downs! July does sound good. Chad's always so busy I'm sure he wouldn't be able to come, but I can always make a trip over for Sage :)

Wow, Mia! I remember the pic of you in that dress! It's so neat that you saved it for your baby girl! And Grandma must have been SO proud!

Love you guys!
