Puyallup Fair

We went to the Puyallup Fair yesterday and had a blast! Sage went down the giagantic slide with her dad and the video cracks me up, she is spread eagle and then the picture afterwards, she wanted to go again. And of course we had to go on the pony rides, and Jeramy being the great dad he is walked with her, but she loved it. In the video she keeps saying WEEE. The whole time we were there she was laughing like Pee Wee Herman because she was so excited at everything to look at. She loved the ducks and hated the clidesdale butts, but who can blame her those things are huge! It was a little hard on me doing all that walking, but the best part about it was watching the Mutton Busting. There were 3 year olds holding on for dear life on these lambs. I was belly laughing and crying so hard, we had to leave soon after that because my stomach from my surgery hurt so much from the walking and lauging. Jeramy is so excited for next year for her to do it, I on the other hand am not so sure. Joey and Avery and Ethan and Hayden would kick butt, any kid can sign up no matter what. Doesn't Liam do this? He might be the pro Mutton Buster! Jeramy wants to strap Sage onto our big lab Toby for practice..lol
On our way home we stopped at our dear friend Joey and Michaela's house to visit with them and thier kids Annika and Ben. We haven't seen them in a while, but we always go to the pumpkin patch every year and sometimes to the Zoo and North West Trek. Jeramy and Joey want to go to NW Trek because the elk are in rut (not for the kids..lol) It is fun having traditions with great friends. Speaking of great friends, we are having a dinner that was once called girls night but since most of us are married with kids, the guys wanted a new name, so I guess reunion night at my friend Kerry's house, we have been friends since 4th grade, so I am looking forward to spending time with my friends this weekend too.,

Group Hug

Group Hug, her new favorite thing

He still owes mem that diaper change so I
Made him a melted baby ruth one
So in an effort to get back in shape, my parents bought me a new bike and trailer to haul Sage around and she loves it!

Her new favorite thing is to smush our faces together in a "group hug" and she just laughs and laughs and laughs, and then we kiss her and she just thinks it is hysterical.

As you see my birthday hat is now on Scott's head as we celebrated his brithday. We got him a Hawaiian survival kit including water wings, aloe for his inevitable sun burn, little mermaid sun block, snorkle, and 2 Hawaiian shirts and a Corona in a Corona bag. And since he still owes me a diaper change, every year on his birthday I give him a poopy chocolate diaper with a warning, "The older they get the worse it gets" Fun Fun Fun

www.blog2print.com

I have always said, I wish there was a way to capture this information for Sage so she can read it when she grows up, because by all accounts it is a chronological account of her life with pictures. Then I saw that a friend of mine who is married to Chris who I went to college with and is soon to deliver baby number 3, so she will have 3 boys under the age of 3 I think it was.
Anyways, there is this thing called www.blog2print.com where you can create a book of your blog in soft back or hardback. I think it is like 24.95 for a hardback and the first 20 pages and 32 cents after that. You can choose to do different posts or all of them.
I am so excited about this and I plan on doing a hardcopy of every blog after we come back from Hawaii and her 2nd birthday and then every year after that, so Sage has a great collection of her life!
Thought I would share, hope everyone is well. I am doing much better and actually bought a bike trailer and have been taking Sage on bike rides which she loves!!

Getting the hang of it

After getting pestered all night about when they
were going to have babies from Scott......

Becareful what you wish for....

It just might come true

As I lay here watching the clock tick until I am officially 30, I find myself grateful for my wonderful family. I mean how many people out there have family who would pick up and drive 4 hours with a 2.5 year old and (2) 8 month old twins to come and take care of me, my house and my daughter for a week? I am so extremely grateful to my cousin Emily who has been taking care of me this week while Jeramy has been gone. Thank you Em from the bottom of my heart!

She got to celebrate my birthday dinner tonight. Everyone had a great time getting their hands on all of the kids, which we aren't use to over here! Scott has been pestering Marcus and Lucas for grandkids, and I think he got a taste of what it is going to be like...lol...(notice commentary above). Thank you everyone for giving me a great bday and to my mom and dad for the yummy dinner!
