Sage has now gone to her new school "Mini Skool" 3 times. The first time she went it was just a trial run, but then the second time was the real deal. Typically she will be there Tuesday and Thursday from 10-3 (which costs us $117 a week). The first day of school when we drove into the parking lot she knew where she was and started crying for "Tob and Lam" her dogs, meaning she wanted to go home. She did pretty good that day, but didn't eat or nap. Today when I dropped her off, she was kicking and screaming and didn't want to go in, but my Dad and I showed up to pick her up and she was sitting around the table with her new friends eating her snack and I couldn't get her to leave. Her hair is all crazy because she just got up from trying to take her nap. She made a bunch of new friends Reece and Kaylin and Cole. Reece and her stayed up during naptime talking. She has done many new arts and crafts and is learning so many new things. They even made a welcome sign for Sage. Jeramy is hunting this week so he will be excited to pick her up and see her school too. This school will also be great for when I have my surgery at the end of the month! At first it was so hard for me to leave her there, but now she is sad at first but after today I know it is the right thing because she didn't want to leave, she is busy all day, and interacting with kids her own age. I did keep her in the 1-2 class (the monkey room which also seemed fitting) instead of the 2.5-4 class just so she get's use to being at school. Everyday she comes home with a daily report card that I put in a binder along with my "Mom Note" on how I thought it went that day, and we save all of her crafts in there to keep. She is growing up so quick. We tried her in a dance class were Seta goes, but I don't think she was into it yet, but maybe now that she is use to being without me and around other kids, we will give it another try. She is counting to 20 and can do her whole ABC's and sings a bunch of songs, and talks in sentances, a new one everyday...it is amazing how quickly she is growing up before our eyes!

I'm glad you found a good preschool for her. It sounds like she loves it. They do grow up too fast.
